Human Rights Ahead General Election 2025 in Tanzania: A Comprehensive Study of Local Government Election 2024 |

This study critically evaluates political rights ahead general election 2025 in Tanzania. The issue of civil liberties has been the focus of attention with the current regime. The posed questions are discussed: Does it mean Tanzania is doing enough to political rights towards a general election of 2025? Has it been more effective in the promotion and protection of human rights of people? Has it capable of inducing the authentic culprits of more stringent assailants of violence and transgressions of the legal system? However, the Tanzania’s election system has been accused for contravene with the jus publicum and the rest domestic legal systems. In so far as per current evidence confirm Tanzania is resuming in the dark days of President John Pombe Magufuli when his dissident and human activist were tortured, jailed and executed.
