Abstract

This study aimed to examine the contribution of the Blue Ocean Strategy to enhancing Innovative Leadership in educational institutions in the Sultanate of Oman. The study adopted a descriptive analytical approach and utilized a questionnaire consisting of 48 items distributed across eight dimensions. The sample comprised 121 teachers and administrative staff from public schools in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate. Data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The findings indicated a high level of implementation of the Blue Ocean Strategy (M = 4.020) and a high level of Innovative Leadership (M = 4.061). The results also revealed a strong positive and statistically significant effect of the Blue Ocean Strategy on Innovative Leadership (R = .962, R² = .925, p < .001). The study recommends integrating the Blue Ocean Strategy into school strategic plans, strengthening professional development for educational leaders, fostering an innovation-supportive school environment, and enhancing institutional collaboration to promote sustainable innovative practices.
