Licensing Policy
The terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License 4.0.(CC-BY) apply to all articles published in SvedbergOpen Journals.
By submitting an article to any of the SvedbergOpen journals, I attest to the following:
1. I have the authority to make these agreements on behalf of my co-authors and myself.
2. I guarantee the following on behalf of my co-authors and myself:
- The article is original, has not been published in another peer-reviewed publication, is not being considered by another publication, and doesn't violate any copyright or other third-party rights;
- I/we, the article's sole author(s), have the legal authority to engage into this agreement and do not violate any other obligations by providing publishing rights to SvedbergOpen;
- Nothing in the article is unlawful, defamatory, or that, if published, would violate a contract, a confidence, or a promise to maintain confidentiality;
- I/we have made the necessary precautions to guarantee the integrity of the article. According to my/our currently accepted article, all of the statements made in it claiming to be true are factual, and if the formula or instructions are followed precisely, they won't result in any harm to the user—neither illness nor injury.
3. If the paper is accepted for publication by the editor, I, together with all co-authors, consent to the article being published under the Creative Commons Attribution License 4.0.(CC-BY).
As long as the author is given due credit, users are free to use (copy, distribute, and transmit) and adapt the contribution, even for commercial purposes under this licence.
